Our Work

Chiropractic Adjustments

Utilizes Spinal manipulation and other alternative therapies to reduce your pain and restore your health and wellness.

X-Rays

Allows us to get a physical image of the affected area. It not only gives us the opportunity to properly explain what is going on within the joint space but also visualizes any underlying pathology.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release (MFR) therapy focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness. There are a number of conditions and symptoms that myofascial release therapy addresses. Many patients seek myofascial treatment after losing flexibility or function following an injury or if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue.

Ultrasound

Therapeutic ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves that non-invasively penetrate tissue, creating a warm, relaxing sensation below the surface of the skin. Because the sound waves are vibrating at such a fast rate (up to one million cycles per second) they help to break down and disperse unhealthy hard tissue buildup.

EMS

Works by sending out small amounts of electrical current to the affected soft tissue area. This leads to a decrease in pain & muscle spasm, as well as clearing muscle congestion and speeding recovery.

Therapeutic Exercise

Is a wide range of physical activities that focuses on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, stability, and balance. The goal of therapeutic exercises is to return an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state.

Nutritional Counseling

we want to help you on your journey towards health and wellness. Our goal is to help you achieve total health and balance with your body. In order to achieve that goal, we are here to offer specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to help you maintain a healthy weight.

Traction

Through this procedure, a chiropractor will apply pressure and weight to the patient's back and use pulleys to gently stretch the spine. This slowly separates the vertebrae and releases the compressed nerves, which is the common cause of lower back pain.

Postural Restoration

A unique type of physical therapy that addresses the body's postural position and the potential muscular imbalances which lead to pain.
